Tired of being the strong one.
Tired of always being available.
Tired of carrying things that aren't yours.
Tired of putting yourself last.
And maybe you've become so accustomed to taking care of everything else that you've stopped asking yourself a simple question:
"What do I need?"
The Gentle Reset™ was created for that moment.
Not to fix you. Not to turn you into someone different.
But to help you come back to yourself.
Sometimes the first step toward caring for yourself is realizing that there isn't something wrong with you.
You're tired. You've been carrying a lot. You've been showing up for everyone.
And somewhere along the way, you may have forgotten what it feels like to show up for yourself.
I created this video as a reminder:
You don't need to fix yourself. You may simply need to give yourself permission to pause.
If this message speaks to you, The Gentle Reset™ is your next step.
You don't need another routine to keep up with.
You don't need another list of things you're supposed to do.
And you don't need to become a different version of yourself.
You may simply need some space to hear yourself again.
The Gentle Reset™ gives you seven days to slow down and pay attention.

Press play
Sometimes you don't need another page to read. Sometimes you just need to close your eyes, breathe, and let someone remind you to come back to yourself.
That's what these recordings are for.
You can listen while sitting quietly, lying in bed, taking a break, or transitioning from one part of your day to another.
You don't have to listen perfectly. You don't have to sit in a particular position. You don't have to clear your mind.
Just press play and allow yourself a few moments to be supported.

A note from me
There was a time when I was very good at taking care of everyone else.
As a nurse, caring for people was part of who I was. I learned to recognize what people needed, show up when things were difficult, and keep going even when I was tired.
Eventually, I realized something.
I had become exhausted from caring for everyone but myself.
I began practicing Reiki for myself—not because I wanted to become someone different, but because I needed to become more aware of what was happening within me.
I started noticing how often I ignored my own needs.
How often I pushed through exhaustion. How often I put myself last. How often I carried things without stopping to ask whether I actually needed to carry them.
Reiki created space for me to be still. To listen. To reconnect.
And I realized:
I didn't need another person telling me how to take care of myself. I needed to learn how to listen to myself.
That awareness became the beginning of Gentle Life Support.
The Gentle Reset™ grew from that experience.
I didn't create it because I had everything figured out. I created it because I was learning what I needed—and realizing that other people might need permission to do the same.
So this is your invitation:
Pay attention to you.
Sometimes the reset begins with finally recognizing: "I need me, too."
With gentleness, YekizéGentle Life Support™
You don't have to wait until you're completely depleted.
If you miss a day, continue.
If you only have five minutes, use five minutes.
If you don't want to journal, listen to an audio.
If something doesn't resonate, skip it.
If you need more than seven days, take more than seven days.
There is no perfect way to do this.
The purpose isn't perfection. The purpose is presence.
Your reset starts here.
A self-guided experience for the person who's ready to stop putting themselves last.

Instant digital access.
You can always come back.
To your breath. To your body. To your needs.
To your boundaries. To your joy.
To yourself.
