A personalized wellness experience combining a 30-minute holistic wellness consultation with 60 minutes of non-touch Reiki & Sound. Together, we'll explore your wellness goals before you settle into a peaceful, restorative experience with Reiki and soothing tuning-fork sounds.

During the sound portion, tuning forks may be gently placed on selected areas of the body so you can experience the vibrations physically, while other forks may be used around the body, head, and ears without direct contact. Direct placement is completely optional, and you may choose the approach that feels most comfortable for you.

You'll remain fully clothed throughout the session in a calm, supportive space designed for relaxation, reflection, and renewal. Your session concludes with tea and quiet integration, followed by a personalized wellness plan emailed within 48 hours.

Rest, balance & vibrational renewal. A grounding 60-minute experience combining non-touch Reiki with the soothing tones and vibrations of tuning forks. During the sound portion, tuning forks may be gently placed on selected areas of the body so you can experience the vibrations physically, while other forks may be used around the body, head, and ears without direct contact. You may choose to receive the tuning forks with or without direct body contact based on your comfort and preference.

Three sessions to rest, reconnect, and restore. A three-session experience designed to give you space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build intentional wellness practices over time. Each session includes your personalized wellness consultation, combining a 30-minute holistic wellness consultation with 60 minutes of non-touch Reiki & Sound, tea and integration, with your wellness plan emailed after each visit.

An intimate group experience created for deep rest, reflection, and connection. Settle into a peaceful space for guided grounding, non-touch Reiki, and soothing tuning-fork sounds. Some tuning forks may be gently placed on selected areas of the body to allow you to experience the vibrations directly, while others may be used around the body, head, and ears without contact. Direct placement of tuning forks is completely optional and will only be used with your consent.

The circle closes with tea and quiet integration, creating an opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and carry a little more ease into your day.
